Four new projects by Sayfco
Around $1 billion real estate value

Sayfco Holding is launching four new mixed-use projects this year. The total market value of the four properties is estimated at around $925 million.

Tower 44 in Sin El Fil will be a mixed-used tower, consisting of office units of 50 square meters each and apartments of 128 sqm and 168 sqm. Chahe Yerevanian, Chairman and CEO of Sayfco, said the tower is set to be the second tallest building in the Greater Beirut area. It has a total market value of around $200 million.

Another project, RedRock, is an eco-village surrounding Faqra Club. It consists of a large spa and health center, a clubhouse, a bio-organic agricultural farm, and approximately 500 chalets ranging between 50 sqm and 150 sqm. The total market value of this project is $150 million.

Sayfco is also developing a village of 2,000 units in Halat, stretching over more than 100,000 sqm. The project consists of apartments ranging from 75 sqm to 150 sqm. The project's market value totals $375 million.

The fourth project, Eden, is slated for Kfardebian. The project will comprise a five-star boutique hotel surrounded by 40 land plots holding luxurious villas. The project is spread over 200,000 sqm and has a total market value of $200 million.
