Sayfco in Laklouk $150 million development
Chalets selling at $2,500/m2

Sayfco Holding is planning to launch a mixed-use project in Laklouk.

The project stretches over an area of 100,000 square meters. It has an overall market value of $150 million.

The development will be composed of 500 chalets. Sizes range between 65, 95, 140, and 150 square meters. Each block will have eight chalets. “The chalets are set to overlook natural lakes we will also be creating,” said Chahe Yerevanian, Chairman of Sayfco.

The project will also include a five-star hotel, a club house, and movie theaters.
Around 67,000 square meters of the land is to be built. Prices of chalets start at $2,500 per square meter. “Sayfco strives to offer products that are unique and environment friendly with good prices ,” he said.

Sayfco is now concurrently developing 22 projects, two of which are owned by the company. One of its recently launched projects is FourtyFour, a tower building in Sin el-Fil.
