Large food court in Antelias
Project owned by Al Saniour Holding

A new food court is currently under development in the Antelias area, between the Beirut Antelias Highway and the internal Antelias road, nearby Mhanna Restaurant and Le Charcutier supermarket.

The project is owned by Al Saniour Holding, which owns and runs the Al Saniour restaurants chain, O&C, the fresh market, located in the same area as the new project, and Fouilo for imports and exports.

Eddy Fouani, general manager of Al Saniour said that the final display and restaurants settings are not determined yet, but it will be ready within the coming weeks.

The development stretches over 13,000 square meters. The built up area is estimated at 5,500 square meters. Investment in the project is expected to reach $6 to $8 million.

The developer of the project is JSBC, Jerdack Stone Building Company, chaired by Hicham Jerdack.
