The beach resort located in Damour and owned by Zardman and the GZA Group will be completed in 18 months, said Guy Manoukian, CEO of Zardman.

Originally named after the international chain, Nikki Beach missed its expected date of completion, set for last summer. “Nikki Beach has stopped all of its projects and potential operations in the whole region, including Qatar and Bahrain, due to the regional instability,” Manoukian said. This was the cause of the delays in the execution of this beach project. “Nikki Beach did not own any part of the project and we have decided to resume works on our own,” he said. The new name and management chain of the resort have yet to be set.

The 60,000 m2 resort consists of a 6,000 m2 built-up area, with a compound of 45 villas. The units are available in three sizes: 100 square meters, 125 m2, and 150 m2, each with over 200 m2 of private gardens. The resort also includes a beach club.
