Aley Shopping Center to open in 2019

The Aley Shopping Center, by real estate developer Maamoun Amaneddin, is expected to open in 2019. The project is located on Bechara El Khoury Street.

The center will occupy a 4,500 square meter plot and has a built-up area of 30,000 m2. It consists of ten floors, five of which are aboveground.

Amaneddin said that the property will encompass a large mix of retail outlets and restaurants. It will also include a gym, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, a pool, and a ineplex. “We have begun with the paperwork and works will start soon,” he said. Investment in the project is over $5 million.
