Zayzoom Hotel, a four-star property in Mina El Hosn, is under development and expected to be completed by the end of 2016. It occupies an old hotel building from the fifties, near HSBC bank.

The project is owned by the Lebanese-Saudi firm, Zayzoom Properties, whose local partner is Ramzi Halabi.

The hotel has ten floors, including a ground floor and two basements. It has a total built-up area of 3,400 square meters.

The number of rooms and suites has not yet been defined as the hotel’s interior is currently being reviewed, said Ziad Macari, Architect at Arca Architecture & Design, which is handling the design of the property.

Beside the rooms, the hotel will consist of three restaurants, a rooftop pool, and a spa, according to Habib Kfoury, Project Manager at Natcon, project contractor. Investment in the development is around $10 million, excluding the land price.
