The design of a new mall in the Kaslik area is in its advanced stages. The mall will be managed by Shopping Mall Advisory Group (SMAG).

The mall is owned by the Abi Nasr family, who will be investing more than $20 million. “The project is in a prime location and will have high-end finishing and positioning. It will set the bar in the retail industry in the area, in terms of parking space availability, climate control, and lifestyle environment,” said Rony Aoun, CEO of SMAG.

The project will include a Gross Leasable Area of 10,000 square meters. This will be filled with retail stores, a supermarket, indoor and outdoor food and beverage outlets, and a family entertainment venue. “The mall will also cater for the needs of universities in the neighborhood,” he said.

The contractor has not been appointed yet. The mall will be designed by MZ Architects and has an expected delivery date of 2018.
