Resto St. Nicolas cluster
to include six brand names

Resto St. Nicolas, a food cluster concept, will open on October 5, in Ashrafieh. It is a joint venture between Venture Group, a hospitality concept development company owned by Marwan Ayoub and Rabih Saba, and the Sabbagha Development Company headed by Emile Sabbagha.

The project occupies a land of 2,000 square meters (m2), situated on Charles Malek Avenue. The total built-up area is around 6,000 m2. Investment in the project is around $6 million.

According to Sabbagha, the project includes a restored old Beiruti house dating back to more than 150 years, as well as an internal garden.

The project consists of a ground floor and a rooftop. It also has five-level basement parking area for 250 cars.

Resto St. Nicolas will feature six restaurants.

“We have already anchored five brands, and are negotiating with a sixth tenant,” said Sabbagha.

The first brand is Ahwak by Abdel Wahab, which will be located in the old house. The others are Roadster, Bar Tartine, Nonna Pizzeria and a new Sushi concept by Sushi Bar.

The average leasing prices for each square meter is $800 per year.

Venture Group, which is behind the concept The Backyard Hazmieh, and the Village Dbayeh is also working on three food clusters in Jounieh, Jbeil, and Ramlet el Bayda.

Sabbagha Development is also working on commercial project ‘La voile’ in Saifi.
