Louis V Hotel
to open in Dbayeh
$16 million investment for 63 rooms

Louis V, a five star hotel, will open on the Dbayeh Highway next to ABC mall in early 2018.

Investment in the hotel totals $16 million. The project is owned by the Mardikian Group, a real estate development company, and the owner of the Garden City Hotel in Dekwaneh, and White Tower.

The total built-up area of the hotel is 6,000 square meters (m2), including 15 floors and three underground floors dedicated to parking.

Louis V will also include a spa, gym and two conference halls with a capacity for 60 and 40 people respectively. It will also include two restaurants. Krikor Mardikian, the major shareholder, said that they are still negotiating with chains for the management of the restaurant.

The hotel will consist of 35 rooms, and 27 large suites.

Rack rates for one night will range between $100 and $250.
